Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer, HTC, seems to be following the footsteps of the Chinese smartphone manufacturers release products octa-core Android phone. HTC Desire Smartphone 616 octa-core processor, has just appeared on the internet and has received approval from the Chinese government.
