Becker Traffic Assist Z250 Ferrari is a result of a cooperation between Harman/Becker Autmotive Systems and Ferrari. The device has Bluetooth, touch screen (4,3 inch) and software made especially for Ferrari.

In the navigation you can find maps of 40 countries form Europe and the USA. All of them include special destination places such as airports, hospitals, petrol stations, restaurants, hotels or Ferrari showrooms. Moreover, the device informs you about speed limits and it can also tell you which traffic lane to use.

You can choose a language and voice of a lector.

TomTom just recently announced its new flagship series TomTom GO x50 LIVE which include TomTom GO 750 LIVE and TomTom GO 950 LIVE.

The HD traffic system of live traffic, weather conditions, Google Maps or fuel price can be accessed via the embedded SIM card. The fuel price option was included in older devices such as 740 and 940 but it was inactive. There will be a special update for those users to enable this option. Besides the new options, TomTom optimized the user’s interface to make navigation easier and more intuitive. The Go 950 has US, Canadian and European maps, the Go 750 European Maps. No date of release or pricing has been announced yet but they should be available in stores in autumn.

TomTom has announced their new car navigation device for smart route planning – TomTom Start.

It was designed for those who drive occasionally and drivers who haven’t had any experience with car navigation before. The menu is very simple to operate as it
displays only a two button user interface, “Plan route” and “Browse map”. TomTom Start is very lightweight and it has a 3.5” screen. Other handy feature is the EasyPort mount which makes the whole device so small and compact, it can fit into a pocket, a small bag or it can be stored in a glove compartment.
